Last month we took a look at the fact that Jesus is our Creator. For February, we focus on the wonderful truth that Jesus is our Father.
I find it incredible to think that the God who is big enough to be the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth is also intimate and personal enough to be my Father. He's not a distant and unknowable God, He's so up-close and personal that He calls us His children!
May we give thanks to God for this wonderful blessing in our lives.

Let's Pray
Lord Jesus, thank You so much for not only being my God but my Father too. You are the perfect example of what a Father should be like. I’m so grateful that You have adopted me into Your family and have brought me into a personal relationship with You, as Your child. I ask that You help me today, to show others the love You have for them too. If there is anyone in my life who doesn’t know You, please use me to share Your Fatherly love with them today.
Whatever our experiences may be with earthly fathers, may we know personally, the perfect love of our Heavenly Father. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
