Turn Worry Into Worship! (Psalm 139)

My third series for 2026 is called "Turn Worry Into Worship!" This series is intended to bring really short meditations consisting of a poetry couplet, a Scripture and a brief prayer.

Worry is such a paralysing thing that simply robs today of its joy, so I pray these little one to two-minute meditations at the end of each month can offer a quick shift of focus and help bring a change of heart for us this year. May worry have no place in our lives as we entrust all into the hands of our mighty Saviour and rest in His sovereignty. Let's take the energy we'd spend on worry and instead, use it to praise the Lord! God bless you, love Lucy x

Before We Work, We Worship!

To kick us off for August, we delve into my "Spiritual Shorts" series with a little poem called "Before We Work, We Worship!"

Some questions for contemplation today might be: Do I take time to worship God before work or before starting a project? Do I see the importance of worshipping God first? What difference do I think worship makes? I pray this poem and short meditation can uplift our hearts today! Love Lucy x
