But God Sees All People As Equal

Continuing on with my, "But God" series with June's edition which takes a look at the fact that God sees all people as equal. In a world where the love and respect shown to us can often be dependant on so many factors, it's beyond wonderful to know that Jesus looks at things very differently indeed.

Our nationality, bank account and job status mean nothing to our Saviour. All He's interested in is a surrendered heart. What an amazing God and I'm so grateful for His unconditional love that saw Him face the Cross for anyone who would call upon His name!

Have you called upon the name of Jesus yet? If not, why not? Don't waste another moment! Ask Jesus into your life today because He loves you!

But God...Sees All People As Equal

Acts 10:28
“Then he said to them, “You know how unlawful it is for a Jewish man to keep company with or go to one of another nation. But God has shown me that I should not call any man common or unclean.”

"Two words within the Bible that cut right through the strife.
Two simple words with power that can change a person’s life.
These words can speak to every heart, whatever path is trod.
We know in every circumstance, apply the words, “But God…”

How frequently the human heart can show discrimination.
It happens all too readily in every tribe and nation.
But God regards no prejudice, a truth we must install
For Jesus died upon the Cross to make a way for all."

Acts 10:34-35
“Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.”

John 3:16-17
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

Point Of Praise

Thank You Lord Jesus that You see every human being as an equal, created in Your image and likeness. Thank You that there is no segregation with You, no hierarchy and no area of Your Kingdom marked “V.I.P.” I praise You that You died on that Cross for absolutely anyone who is willing to turn to You and repent of their sin. Thank You that You went to the Cross for the likes of me.
I praise You that it doesn’t matter where we were born or who we were born to, You are our Heavenly Father and You love all Your children equally. You are truly worthy of all praise.
