A Poetry Prayer For September

Starting off the month of September with a little prayer. When I look at what's going on in the world just now there seems to be a distinct lack of grace and mercy shown in people's actions and words. I pray the Lord would help me go against the flow of this age and show His grace and mercy to those around me.
Poetry Prayer For September:
"Help me to be merciful, help my faith to grow.
May Your grace be clearly seen wherever I may go."

Psalm 86:15
"But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, Longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth."

Ephesians 4:29
"Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers."

Philippians 4:5
"Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand."

2 Timothy 2:23-26
"But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will."

Titus 3:2
"...to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men."
